The division of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery is dedicated to provide medical service for diseases of ear, nose, throat, and tumor of head and neck. We continue the update of technique and equipment for provision of center-level care. By continuous training program in otolaryngology-head and neck surgery at Taipei Veterans General Hospital and cooperation with National Cheng-Kung University Hospital, the division made excellent performance in early detection of head and neck cancer and referral for adequate cancer treatment. Because the major population served is elderly, we have much experience in management of geriatric problems in ear, nose and throat. The geriatric otolaryngology is the topic of concentrated research and development, too. Well-equipped endoscopy facility makes correct diagnosis of chronic rhinosinusitis and voice disorders easy and possible. We make progress continuously and improve everything in detail to serve you the outstanding and cost-effective professional care.

Treatment
Besides to regular treatment modalities, we also have liquid nitrogen cryotherapy, UV phototherapy, electrodessication, Nd-Yag laser, TCA chemical cauterization, KOH examination, biopsy and immunofluorescence examination.
